**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Payroll Processing**:

- Accurately process bi-weekly and monthly payroll for all employees.
- Calculate wages, overtime, and deductions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- **Record Maintenance**:

- Maintain and update employee payroll records.
- Ensure all payroll information and records are maintained in accordance with statutory requirements.
- Manage employee leave and attendance records.
- **Reporting**:

- Prepare and distribute payroll reports and summaries.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and year-end payroll statements.
- **Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal payroll regulations.
- Stay updated on changes in payroll laws and regulations.
- Prepare and file necessary tax forms and payments.
- **Customer Service**:

- Address and resolve payroll-related inquiries and issues from employees.
- Provide information and assistance to employees regarding payroll matters.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Assist with the preparation of budgets and financial reports.
- Support the HR department with employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Perform other administrative duties as required.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Additional qualification in accounting, finance, or related field is preferred.
