**Job description**:
Administrative Specialist: Life and Risk is primarily responsible for assisting and handling risk products, specifically life insurance.

**Responsibilities**:

- Dealing with risk products and life insurance business
- Drafting of quotations of risk business
- Facilitating implementation process for new business
- Retention of policies on the books
- Arranging medical requirements

**Minimum requirements**:

- Grade 12
- RE 5 Certificate
- 3 - 5 years experience within risk / life insurance
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and at least one other of the official South African languages
- Computer literacy (MS Office)

**Competencies required**:

- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Sound client service and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure as part of a team
- Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently
- Conflict management and resolution skills

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Paarl, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- risk insurance: 3 years (required)

License/Certification:

- RE 5 Certificate (required)
