**Duties & Responsibilities**

ØDealing with customer queries and complaints

ØAssisting customers with requests for product information and their accounts

ØManaging customer requirements

ØAssist customers in making purchasing decisions.

ØProvide support and comprehensive product / service information to customers.

ØHandling the queries and complaints of customers over the phone. As well as having a clear and friendly telephone voice, you must also have the ability to meet targets, work under pressure and keep your cool when speaking with angry customers in a professional manner at all times.

**Desired Experience & Qualification Requirements**

ØMust have Matric

ØGood command of the English language, preferably also Afrikaans

ØAttention to detail

ØPassionate about customer service

ØExperience of at least 2 years in a customer relationship position

ØStrong experience in Customer Service

ØAbility to work with cross functional teams

ØAbility to think on his/her feet

ØAble to work under high pressure and deadline

**Salary**: R1,500.00 - R10,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- High School (matric) (required)
