Position: Debt Collection Call Center Agent

Hub Digital is looking for an independent, motivated & target driven experienced Debt Collection Consultant.

Minimum requirements & Key Competencies:

- Matric
- Computer literate
- Maximus software knowledge (advantageous)
- Minimum 1/2 years of Debt Collection Experience
Ability to work independently without supervision.
Fluent in at least 3 South African Official Languages
Excellent telephone skills
Target driven
Data capturing

Locate and contact debtors to inquire of their payment status

Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans

Handle questions or complaints Investigate and resolve discrepancies Create trust relationships with debtors when possible to avoid future issues

Update account status and database understanding and striving to meet or exceed call center metrics.
Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
Excellent negotiation skills
High level of attention to detail.

Problem-solving skills - and the ability to think on your feet.

Must be credit and criminal clear
The ability to work under pressure

**Salary**: Performance based of minimum R 3500 -R7000 + Commission per month

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
