Job Description:
About the Role
- We’re looking for a Senior UI Designer who brings not only a refined sense of interface and interaction design but also versatility across the broader digital landscape - from polished social media content to possibly lightweight motion work. You’re a systems thinker, a storyteller, and a problem-solver who knows how to turn complexity into clarity._
- As a key member of our design team, you’ll collaborate with product managers, developers, marketers, and other creatives to craft elegant, intuitive, and impactful digital experiences. You’ll own the UI craft across projects and also flex into visual storytelling through social and motion where needed._

Key Responsibilities
- Design high-quality user interfaces for web, mobile, and product platforms - from concept through to delivery.
- Translate wireframes and product requirements into visual design systems and component libraries.
- Contribute to and maintain design systems and UI guidelines to ensure consistency across products and platforms.
- Develop branded digital assets for social media, campaigns, and paid media
- Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
- Participate in and lead design critiques, bringing strong rationale and openness to feedback.
- Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and technologies — always looking for ways to push creative and UX boundaries.

What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years of professional experience in digital and UI design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design thinking.
- Expert in Figma (including components, auto-layout, prototyping), Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator - InDesign and After Effects a bonus), and other digital tools.
- Strong visual design skills — typography, hierarchy, layout, and interaction design.
- Solid understanding of user experience principles and interaction design.
- Ability to create polished digital content for social platforms (IG, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Bonus: experience with lightweight motion graphics (Lottie, After Effects, or similar).
- A collaborative spirit, proactive communication style, and the confidence to both take the lead and take direction.
- Ability to manage time and multiple projects without sacrificing quality or craft.
- Understanding of branding and art direction

Nice to Have
- Experience working in agile product environments.
- Ability to wireframe, understand consumer journeys, structure, flow, and functionality
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS/JavaScript (not required to code, but helpful for handoff)
