This is an opportunity to be part of a dynamic team shaping the future of web and app experiences.The Role: UX/UI Designer Youll be at the forefront of transforming user needs into seamless and visually engaging digital journeys. This hybrid role combines UX research, strategy, and UI execution. From ideation and prototyping to final design handoff, youll play a key part in shaping the user experience and interface of web and mobile platforms, ensuring each touchpoint is intuitive, delightful, and effective.Key ResponsibilitiesMinimum 3 years of experience in UX/UI design for digital productsConduct user research and translate insights into personas, journeys, and wireframesDevelop intuitive user flows, site maps, and responsive layoutsCreate high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using Figma or similar toolsDesign clean, accessible, and visually consistent interfaces across devicesDevelop and maintain scalable design systems and component librariesCollaborate with product, development, and stakeholder teams to align design with strategyRun usability tests, analyse user feedback, and iterate designs accordinglyPresent design concepts clearly and back decisions with user data and UX best practiceEnsure designs align with brand identity, accessibility standards (WCAG), and user needsAbout You3+ years experience in UX/UI design, backed by a strong portfolio across web and mobileProficient in Figma (preferred), Sketch, or Adobe XDDeep understanding of user-centred design, responsive design, and mobile-first principlesSkilled in wireframing, prototyping, and visual UI design (typography, colour, layout)Familiar with HTML/CSS capabilities (no coding required)Confident communicator who thrives in collaborative, agile environmentsExperience with design systems, accessibility, and usability testing is a plusBonus: familiarity with animation tools, SaaS product design, or CRO principles
