**Skills/Experience required**:

- Minimum 10 12 years of relevant IT experience.
- People Management 3 Direct Reports
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to respond quickly and effectively to changing business environment, requirements or shifts in technology and/or skills
- Should have experience in managing multiple I.T. projects and Portfolios.
- Experience in facilitating and engaging multiple stakeholders in the intention to drive strategic change and services.
- Experience in SDLC, Waterfall, and Agile preferred.
- Domain experience in the ICT industry or Operations I.T. platforms and processes.
- Strong background in ITIL practices and services.

- Works intimately with the Africa IT Managers, I.T Project Director and Business Operations technology teams to ensure a smooth transition of all I.T. Change activities into the day-today I.T. systems, processes, and support across Africa regions,
- Manage, Grow, direct, upskill and cross skill the resources and SMEs required in the I.T. platforms across Africa where they currently provide and plan to provide in the future.
- Managing the end-to-end Africa I.T. Support Operations and all its interdependencies, resources and in partnership with strategic partners and colleagues.
- Strategically focus, plan and depict the approach in enhancing the user experience through the systems, process and solutions we provide and execute on.
- Responsible for the Integrity, Maintenance and changes to all the Africa supported Applications.
- Responsible for driving our RTB Strategy through the leverage of our Global IT Shared Services Centre, up-skilling our IS Analysts in the various countries to operate as one Virtual Africa IT Support Services Centre.
- Provides ad-hoc reporting and decision support required for management decision processes.
