- To support the Operations Executive with any administrative tasks.
- To liaise with all Service Delivery business units and ensure relevant information is communicated to everyone.
- To provide an administrative service to the Operations Division
- Provide full secretarial and administrative support to the Service Delivery Division to ensure smooth running of the units.
- Perform data-entry, recording, drafting of letters, procedures printing and filing duties.
- Maintain proper and user friendly filing and document control system for recording and tracking of all documents for the team.
- Perform regular audits to ensure compliance to the document control process
- Partake n the Risk Assessment process and update related documentation.
- Create and maintain useful database for the team
- Undertake any ad-hoc admin projects/duties as required
- Co-ordinate travel arrangements inclusive of air-ticket, hotel accommodation ,visa arrangement, claims etc.
- Create, check and verifying staff claims, staff invoices, sub contractors invoices and PRs
- Managing the Service Delivery Manager on-call roster on a monthly basis
**Qualifications and Experience**:
- Matric
- Secretarial Diploma or equivalent
- 3 years in relevant experience
- Computer Literate
- Fluency in English
- Interpersonal skills
- Communication skills
- Good organizer
- Must be team player
- Show Initiative
- Administratively strong and well organized.
