Who we’re looking for
- Complete wholesale and fund specific reconciliations and GAV production;
- Be responsible for wholesale processes and data management tasks into the portfolio systems. These tasks include trade, position, price and corporate action data and process
- Take responsibility for the static data maintenance and management for the portfolio systems

What we need from you

On the daily

**Conduct various aspects of the Portfolio Services Function including but not limited to**:

- Responsibility for the accounting, valuation, and reporting of client funds that are complex in nature, providing full reconciliation of all cash, positions, interest and dividends to manager, broker and other sources;
- Produce fund specific cash, position, market value and position reconciliations;
- Produce, and support T+1 GAVs for clients with daily deliverables;
- Performing position reconciliations;
- Responsible for data entry, monitoring and exception clearing of trade, price, security and corporate action data;
- Resolving complex system-based queries impacting the accuracy of position and P&L valuations;
- Communicating and responding to queries from the North and South American offices, and assisting NAV leaders and managers in resolving such queries;
- Communicating and answering any queries on the funds from the team;
- Communicating and delivering reporting to the direct client, on a daily, weekly and/or monthly basis as required;
- Performing valuation quality assurance reviews and ensuring consistent quality of output;
- Continuous development towards attaining an expert knowledge of Advent Geneva Portfolio and General Ledger modules;
- Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time

- Contribute to the creation, development and implementation of new products and solutions to accommodate changing customer needs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations staff, business users, project and implementation managers to achieve desired and elegant solutions.

Skills & Experience
- A Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or Finance or similar field
- A minimum of 3 years’ professional experience in the Fund Administration industry
- Basic SQL development and server maintenance experience;
- Intermediate knowledge of Geneva and other portfolio accounting systems;
- Intermediate knowledge of data management principals and systems;
- Advance knowledge of Excel;
- Knowledge of data management and vendor systems such as Bloomberg, Markit; IDC, Reuters, BVAL;
