**Who we’re looking for**
- slip will be “Senior Associate - Fund Administration (Fund Accounting)
- Digital”. This is a mid-level position at a Senior Associate level in our company. You will report to the Associate Director - Digital and your role will be to:

- Contribute to the overall success of the Catalyst Digital Fund Services team by supporting the establishment of the product and collaborate with all necessary team members to ensure a mature and viable Digital Fund Product Offering is created.
- Support the business in assisting with guiding the product build out and development with the Product team.
- Work as part of a team to ensure that all aspects of the day-to-day Digital (Crypto) Fund Product Offering are delivered on including (and not limited to):

- Assist with all client deliverables associated to the Catalyst Digital Fund Services
- Liaise with other teams in a professional manner in order to facilitate the timely completion of deliverables associated to the Catalyst Digital Fund Services
- Escalate recurring issues / problems;
- Adhere to all internal procedures & controls;
- Keep up-to date with internal admin duties;

**Routine Responsibilities**
- Support the Associate Director
- Digital Fund Services and additional Digital Fund Services team members in completing daily operations associated with all Digital Fund clients.
- Partner with other team members who are of the same level or more junior with the aim to mentor, train and develop the team.

Day-to-day deliverables:

- Supporting the business by focusing on the Setup & Client Onboarding. This will involve assisting with the onboarding crypto-focused fund structures while understanding the structure from fund documents, reviewing fund documents, SLA establishment, and fund specific procedures.
- Assisting the sales and relationship management team with client acquisition and safeguarding.
- Capturing of investment trades and accounting for different types of financial assets and liabilities including crypto assets, OTC derivatives, shares and bonds.
- Perform accurate Net Asset Value (NAV) calculations including expense and accrual calculations.
- Perform weekly/monthly cash and stock reconciliations and proper investigation and resolution of any reconciling differences.
- Perform periodic cash management (including preparing payment and transfer instructions) and updating the cash transactions in the accounting system (Geneva).
- Perform weekly/monthly asset pricing.
- Capture cash movements and trades on a weekly basis and update the transactions in Geneva.
- Monitor the fund’s blockchain activity when interacting with various Defi protocols and accurately translate this into Geneva.
- Investigating and answering queries with dealers, brokers, custodians, auditors and clients.
- Ensure compliance with policy and procedures, client Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and internal controls.
- Communicating and responding to queries internally and from the client, as well as assisting managers in resolving such queries.
- Develop strong working relationships with all internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to creating an environment that encourages and supports innovation and entrepreneurialism.
- Contribute to team knowledge and process optimization by sharing new learnings and advising on how new processes can be implemented.

- Support Catalyst’s end-to-end offering for Digital Funds.
- Identify key trends and marketplace opportunities, by performing product reviews for new and existing product sets.
- Work cross functionally with the Catalyst teams to align product efforts across the company.
