Your performance will be ruthlessly assessed and if, after an initial start-up period, you are not achieving at goal, you will be let go.
This is a hunter sales role, you will be paid explicitly based on performance where your output in terms of number of appointments is tracked, and that will dictate your incentives. If you perform well, you will make great money and move up quickly.
Strong performance is a must in this position. We are looking for 4 hours a day to start (EST time hours), which will increase to full time when you hit your sales targets consistently. Pay is $10 USD/Hr plus significant commission potential, earn $15 USD/Hr+ with commissions.
About The Position:

- 1. This is a Commercial inside sales position. You'll be on the phone ALL day with commercial property owners building relationships, diagnosing their motivation to sell, and closing the deal.
- 3. You'll be cultivating strong, ongoing relationships so that these property owners are reaching back out to us when they are ready to sell
- 4. You'll have weekly performance check-ins with company founders to ensure on track to hit goals and achieve results
- 5. This is a part time position that will have a consistent daily & weekly schedule

- 6. This is a remote position, work from home

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

Pay: R140.00 - R230.00 per hour
