Payroll Administrator

My client needs an experienced Junior payroll administrator that can maintain employee confidence and protect payroll operations by keeping information confidential. Willingness to work extended hours when required to meet deadlines
**Responsibilities**:
- Weekly and Monthly Payroll
- Accurate processing of new and temporary employees,
transfers, promotions, terminations, garnishees, overtime,
bonuses payable and other payroll related services
- Print and sort payslips, print required reports
- Perform monthly payroll processes such as updating reports,
checking and reconciling etc.
- Complete, verify and process benefits forms and
documentation
- Accurate capturing and processing of employee information
- Accurate and timeous submission of payroll reconciliations,
queries and reports to HR & Finance for monthly payments
and reporting purposes
- Handle payroll related queries where appropriate (which
includes SARS queries, leave and salary administration queries
etc.)
- Advise staff on company policy and procedures where
appropriate
- Assist with preparations for audits
**Requirements**:
- Grade 12
- Fully Bilingual - Afrikaans and English
- Payroll/HR related qualification is a requirement
- Financial experience minimum of 2 years advantageous
- Minimum 3 years proficient VIP Payroll experience required,
validated by valid certificate.
- Intermediate to advanced excel skills, plus working knowledge
of MS Word
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: R10,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Alberton, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Payroll software: 2 years (preferred)

- Afrikaans (required)
