We are a nationwide independent mobile phone specialist that excels in business plans to suit all business types from Sole Traders to Limited companies. We concentrate on saving businesses money and keeping up good customer relations through our free service. Our goal is to save businesses money and build up strong relationships with businesses by offering a completely free, valuable business mobile phone comparison service to help get the best business mobile phone deals available.

We are looking for Sales Agents that can grow our customer base while being outgoing, friendly, professional and customer orientated. This is a competitive role where results need to be produced.

We need Energy, Positivity, and Enthusiasm.

**Duties include**:
Cold call business customers offering a new phone or reduction on their contract.

Obtain customer info and talk to them about products and services provided.

Engage 200-300 customers daily.

Generate interest and transfer to closer.

Hit KPI and talk time targets.

Chase quotes and update sheets.

Assist other colleagues if needed to help the team progress.

**Non-negotiable requirements**:

- Matric certificate
- +2 years’ experience in Sales Call Centre role
- +2 years’ experience in Cold Calling
- Good command of the English language.

**Please note**:
This is a 3-month Fixed Term Contract - Will be reviewed after the 3-months

This is an office base role - Loop Street: Cape Town

**Working hours**: Mon-Fri 10am to 6pm

**Pay rate**: R40 - R60/hour depending on experience

**Commission**: +R500/connected sale

**Job Type**: Temp to perm
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: R40.00 - R60.00 per hour

- Cape Town, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- High School (matric) (required)
