**Responsibilities**
- Handle incoming calls and respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Provide solutions to customer problems and concerns
- Meet daily talk time targets and achieve monthly sales objectives
**Requirements**
- Valid South African ID
- Grade 11 or Grade 12 certification
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
