Joburg based we are looking to add a dynamic and well-connected MD to steer the Special Operations division for this Security Industry powerhouse.

Collaboration across multiple divisions, channels and silos within the business is critical - Business Development is a key part of the role and your business network and business industry knowledge will give you a head start - especially when it comes to understanding the complexities around the operational detail for VIP clients, Government Infrastructure and a demanding mix of local & internationally listed & private companies.
- A proven track record in leadership and the steering of an already successful team
- MBA or similar qualification and a proven track record in turnaround business strategy.
- Solid business acumen, business development skills and a background in finance within operations will be absolutely necessary. You will need to have managed large financial budgets, control expenses, forecasts and projections.
- 10+ Years hands-on General Management experience with a focus on both financial and people management.
- Operational compliance in line with SA legislation is key and must be maintained at all times.
