**Minimum Job Requirements**
- A Bachelors Degree or postgraduate qualification in Business Administration, Public Management, Social Sciences, or Gender/ Development Studies will be an added advantage.
- At least six years of proven experience in special projects supporting executive offices.
- Advanced writing skills.
- Experience in the public sector.
- Experience in human rights or gender related projects will be an added advantage.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- The incumbent will be an all-rounder coordinating all CGE projects in the offices of the Chief Executive Officer, Chairperson and Deputy Chairperson.
- The incumbent will be expected to write concept papers for special projects, produce minutes for management meetings, edit parliamentary submissions, edit plenary committee meeting minutes, and monitor plenary resolution register.
- Undertake baseline research and write speaking notes for the CEO, Chairperson and Deputy Chairperson.
- Coordinate special projects for senior management and external stakeholders as directed by the CEO.
- Prepare status reports on projects.
- Proactively identify potential problems with projects and recommend solutions to management.
- Manage project budgets and spending.
- Gauge and monitor the performances of various projects and recommend areas that need improvement and changes to achieve targets.
- Work closely with the CEO and Senior Operations Manager.
