**Reporting to the Marketplace Business Development Manager.**

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Calling newly acquired sellers and educating them around our Promotional programmes and other ways to grow their account
- Assisting new sellers operationally to participate in our Promotional programmes
- Managing a growth and retention pipeline in Salesforce CRM
- Supporting the business in building a growth and retention function in Marketplace
- General Salesforce administration and reporting

- Comfortable with learning and adapting to new systems

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferable)
- Competency in MS Office packages, particularly excel
- At least 1 year related retail / commerce experience (preferable)
- At least 1 year related call center experience (preferable)
- Previous experience in Salesforce CRM or equivalent (preferable)
