Marketplace Operations Specialist

**This role reports to the Marketplace Operations Manager.**

**Your responsibilities include**:

- Collaborate with the Operations Manager to develop scalable marketplace operations solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand current processes and identify areas for improvement in the marketplace operations
- Design and implement process improvements to streamline workflows and increase efficiency for sellers on the platform
- Build RPA processes using tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism to automate repetitive internal tasks and processes
- Monitor and maintain RPA processes to ensure they are running smoothly and make any necessary adjustments
- Develop training materials and provide training to internal stakeholders on new processes developed
- Execute on continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis and feedback from sellers and customers
- Develop and implement solutions to improve operations, increase efficiency, and enhance the customer experience
- Work with product team to ensure data integrity and security throughout the automation process
- Document and revamp old Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and create new ones to ensure consistent and efficient operations
- Communicate SOP changes to relevant teams and provide training as needed
- Ensure that all operations are compliant with relevant regulations and policies

- Analytical mindset. You can use data to inform decisions if required.

**Qualifications and experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a stakeholder management operational role (customer service experience is a plus)
- Knowledge of SQL, Google Big Query and other programming languages is a plus
- Excel experience
- Experience in an e-commerce environment is a plus
- Strong enthusiasm and strong self-motivation.
- Ability to embrace constant change with flexibility and good grace.
