- **Requirements**_
- Call center & Proven sales track record previous employment with Mediation or debt review removal Firms._
- Persuasive & Convincing Skills_
- Must Have Matric_
- Criminal Clear_
- Fluent in either: English, Xhosa, Afrikaans, Zulu, Sotho_
- **RENUMENRATION /PAYMENT STRUCTURE**:_
- **(FIRST MONTH TRAINING EARN ON COMMISION SECOND MONTH ONWARDS YOU EARN BASIC+COMMISION).**_
- **Training Renumeneration (First Month Training Only)**_

- Targets are a Mandatory in any call Centre. We have a basic Payment Provision to submission of at least SIXTY quality produced pre sales leads Generated for our closing department total per Month, daily is Six Pre qualified sales Pre sales in line to our requirements in terms of QA (Quality assurance) and in terms of proper standard to interest create telephonically with a yes approval. Please note calls are recording._
- Earn: R3000.00_
- Target: SIXTY PRE QUALIFIED SALES Month = R3000.00_
- Commission: Earnings are guaranteed on the basis of the total number of Pre sales that specific Month if you have less than sixty in total as per requirements, Payment will be allocated to you according to pre sales you have acquired that month._
- **Employment Renumeneration Structure (As from Month Two onwards).**_
- **Second Month**_
- Basic: R3000.00_
- Pre-sale/Pre qualified Sales generated of which More than Monthly Target( Sixty Pre Sales Monthly) earn extra 250 For every Five pre sales._
- KPI_
- Incentives (Daily/ Monthly/Weekly)._
- Commission: R120 paid as commission For every 2 Pre Sales extra ounce Reached a number of 30 Pre sales._
- Please note our collection is facilitated via our Voluntary distribution Agent/System which facilitates all mediation Payment & Collection as it works via stop order only._

**Salary**: From R3,000.00 per month
