Job Description
**What you’ll do**
- Have conversations with a variety of people to explain various offers
- Use scripts to provide information about offers, products etc.
- Persuade customers to accept the offer
- Handle objections or complaints in a professional manner
- Walk customers through certain processes
- Accurately record information about the call
- Meet / exceed set targets

Qualifications
**What you bring**
- At least 6 months of experience in lead generation or sales (preferably in a contact centre environment)
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas
- Amazing objection handling and persuasion skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in English
- Working knowledge of relevant computer programs and telephone systems

**What to send our way**

**The legal stuff**
- I will commit & avail myself to the full working hours earmarked for a campaign
- I have a laptop / desktop with sufficient processing power and RAM to run at least 3 websites at once.
- You will have our web-based software open during all telephonic calls.
- I have a dedicated, stable internet connection of no less than 10mbs upload and download.
- When using VOIP, it’s absolutely essential that there is no buffering or lag. The conversation between the parties should be seamless.
- Pocket routers and dongles are notoriously unstable and are therefore not acceptable.
- LTE and Fibre are more stable than other connection types and therefore more suitable.
- I have a smartphone capable of accessing the internet, websites, and WhatsApp.
- You will be expected to be on several WhatsApp groups and also maintain constant communication with your team using WhatsApp messages, voice-notes, voice calls, video calls and file transfer.
- I have a dedicated workspace that allows me privacy and an environment to concentrate on selling.
- Includes a comfortable table and chair that will guard against the development of back problems or other medical conditions.
- The table needs to be large enough to accommodate the PC as well as a notebook. Your legs and knees should fit under the table and the screen should be at eye-level to be the most ergonomically compliant.
