Domestic Orders:

- Ensure monthly orders are completed
- Liaise with Mines on status of orders and planning for the month
- Liaise with Logistics Manager on what needs to be uplifted and planning for the week
- Ensure quality control quality is completed before dispatching to clients
- Recon orders on a weekly basis and liaise with traders on any possible issues
- Issue monthly recons on all orders and send to finance for invoicing
- Ensure necessary documentation is saved on company Sharepoint

Export Orders:

- Assist with the booking of containers for exports
- Ensure quality control has been complete and in spec
- Assist with the booking of trucks at loading and offloading point
- Ensure product is dispatched from to warehouse in time
- Ensure containers are loaded correct and all documentation is in order to export product
- Ensure Health and Safety is in compliance
- Compile export documentation folder for Traders
- Ensure stock and inventory reports are correct
- Liaise with warehouse team on completion of orders
- Issue monthly recons on orders to Finance and Traders

Skills/Experience/Qualification:

- Grade 12
- National Diploma or Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain Management
- Have an understanding of the Mining Sector
- Valid Driver’s License
- Computer Literacy: MS Office
- Fluent in both English and Afrikaans (Speak, Read and Write)
- Willing to travel to Mines for extended periods of time
- Needs a valid Drivers License
- Good at Excel and Data analysis
- Good with people and relationship management
- Will in essence look after the operations at HAC and HI and build towards establishing an Operations Team
- Cell phone contract provided
- Possibility of getting a company car
- Help on costing of export shipment by obtaining necessary quotes
- Maintain relationships with all 3rd party logistics and freight forwarders
- Data Analysis on imports and exports of various commodities
- Presentation of Data to Traders
- Will report to Traders and work closely with the Logistics Team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R35,000.00 per month
