**Summary of the position**:

- ** CNC Machine Supervision & Operation**:Oversee daily CNC pipe cutting machine activities, ensuring precision, efficiency, and compliance with project specifications. Operate machines directly when required.
- ** Team Coordination**:Manage and support auxiliary staff, including material controllers and operators, to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to schedules.
- ** Technical Oversight**: Perform programming checks, monitor quality, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure all outputs meet required tolerances.
- ** Workflow & Resource Management**:Coordinate material flow, manage production priorities, and align manpower allocation with project needs.
- ** Safety & Compliance**: Enforce HSE standards in line with company and industry regulations.
- ** Reporting & Documentation**:Maintain accurate production records, material traceability, and progress updates for project reporting.

**Profile**:

- **Educational background**:National Diploma / Relevant industry experience
- ** Years of experience**: 2-5 years of experience in CNC machine operation, programming, or supervisory roles.
- ** Industry knowledge**: Familiarity with fabrication and CNC equipment
- ** Additional skills**:Strong leadership and problem-solving ability; attention to detail; effective communication skills.
- ** Computer literacy**:Computer literacy and proficient in Excel (Advanced leve), Word, Outlook and office suite.
