**Responsibilities**:
**General Administrative Support**:
Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel.
Organize and schedule appointments and meetings.
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
Develop and maintain a filing system, both electronic and physical.
Order and maintain office supplies and equipment.
**Data Entry and Record Keeping**:
Enter data accurately into various databases and maintain accurate records.
Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
**Communication**:
Communicate effectively with team members and external partners.
Manage and respond to general inquiries.
**Support to Management**:
Provide administrative support to managers and executives as required.
Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare travel itineraries.
**Special Projects**:
Assist in organizing company events and team-building activities.
Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
Pay: From R5 000,00 per month
**Experience**:
- Computers and Microsoft Suite: 1 year (required)
License/Certification:
- Drivers License (preferred)
