**Key Responsibilities**:

- Welcome and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Maintain and organize filing systems (both digital and physical)
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation
- Handle requests and inquiries promptly and professionally
- Monitor office supplies and manage inventory orders
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks as needed

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in **MS Office Suite** (particularly Excel and PowerPoint)
- Excellent **time management and organizational skills**:

- Strong **written and verbal communication** skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- No prior experience required - training will be provided
