**About Us**:
We are a small but growing hospitality group based in the UK, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences. Our group includes a diverse range of properties, and we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of service and financial integrity. As our operations expand, we are seeking a qualified accountant to join our team as a Financial Director, helping to shape the financial future of our business.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with UK regulations.
- Manage and optimize cash flow, ensuring the financial stability of the group.
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the group’s objectives.
- Collaborate with the executive team to provide financial insights and guidance.
- Ensure compliance with UK tax laws, including VAT, Corporation Tax, and other relevant regulations.
- Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff as required.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and other financial consultants.

**Qualifications**:

- **Essential**:Qualified accountant (CA(SA), ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
- **Experience**: Minimum of 5 years in a senior financial role, with at least 2 years of experience as a Financial Director or equivalent.
- **Expertise**: Strong knowledge of UK tax regulations and compliance.
- Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, and analysis.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a remote setting.
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to make strategic financial decisions.
