An Operation and Projects Financial Director for a manufacturing business is required. Reference: NFR -TKa-1 Duties & Responsibilities Job Description: You should come from a manufacturing, FMCG, or production environment. Be the trusted advisor and provide finance and operational support to CFO, CEO and Manco. Duties & Responsibilities: Provide direction and support to operations and leadership teams in pursuit of business goals and objectives. Assist in developing and implementing commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance profitability while ensuring a first-class customer experience. Expansion initiatives in South Africa. Develop KPI's to measure business performance. Deliver analysis, scenario modelling and insightful reporting on key business, finance and operational metrics and performance indicators and make recommendations for decision making. Business partnering, gather information and context from stakeholders, simplify insights, provide accurate business performance updates, and develop recommendations to overcome market and business volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity. Analyze monthly manufacturing and deployed cost and performance versus the forecast. BOM costing. Budgeting and forecasting. Manufacturing resource planning. Lead project initiatives that deliver on strategic business objectives. Drive project discovery, development, and the creation of operational roadmaps to align with the vision for the financial and operational systems. Implement workflow and process automation tools. Oversee alignment of operational and ERP systems. Assist the Audit and Risk Committee to manage the organisation's risk exposure and ensure that appropriate controls and procedures are developed, maintained, and monitored for effectiveness. Job Experience & Skills Required: CA(SA) with 8+ years post articles experience. Proven track record and experience in operational finance. Manufacturing, FMCG or production background. Experience in project management, including system implementation and roll out. Ability to articulate complex information. Package & Remuneration R - R - Annually plus STI and LTI. #J-18808-Ljbffr
