Duties and responsibilities:

- Providing a high level of customer care as the primary point of contact in matters relating to the day-to-day operations of the customer service.
- Able to work tight deadlines, managing and prioritising time effectively.
- Actively selling, processing and managing work orders on behalf of client account.
- Developing and cross selling existing accounts into new products.
- Resolving problems within a typical workflow.

- Able to work within the sales environment
- Be 18-30 years of age
