Client centric investment management team has 2 x contract opportunities for Trust Officer Assistants. This is a stable and experienced team based in the Southern Suburbs, Cape Town.

This role is responsible for assisting their Broker Advisors with administrative support, such as client liaison, ensuring internal teams are actioning investment payments or investments are managed on time, secretarial support and dealing with investment administration instructions, compliance requirements etc.

**Responsibilities**
- Collation of client documentation as required
- General secretarial support and typing of minutes, filing, diary management, event management
- Preparation and capturing of client info on system
- Eft payments including verifications
- Assist Broker Advisors with review of debit balances and take action as needed
- Ad hoc fee invoicing
- Loading and onboarding new clients & take-on documentation
- Ensure hard copy and electronic filing is in order, and investments and payment instructions are compliance

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of matric with accounting or additional accounting or bookkeeping diploma would be advantageous
- Previous experience in a similar role and ideally experience with local and offshore investments / trust / life insurance type experience would be beneficial
- Must be MSOffice literate with MS Excel at an intermediate level
- Excellent time management and planning skills
- Good typing speed of around 50 wpm
- High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Good attention to detail, and deadline driven
- Ability to show initiative and ensuring the smooth and accurate running of an administrative function
