Vodacom’s No 1 Franchisee (10 Retail branches within KZN and 2 branches in Sandton) with Head offices in Montclair requires an energetic, dynamic, enthusiastic and tech savvy Procurement Manager to join its Winning team.

The successful incumbent will be responsible for managing stock across the group. The goal is to use visual merchandising, better product knowledge and selling skills to increase in store conversion, drive branding and sales objectives as well as maximize profitability.

**Qualities required for the position**:

- Must be tech savvy (smartphones, tablets, laptops, internet of things, gear watches, accessories, gaming, gadgets and routers)
- Love and passion for technology and its future
- Ability to work in a very fast paced and ever changing industry is essential
- Must have a creative mind, love for product
- Must have experience in procurement and buying.
- High Energy ability to work under pressure

Advanced excel knowledge.

Must have strong leadership skills and able to manage and own your department.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Manage stock purchasing buying for entire Group (retail and online)
- Grow sales across devices Accessories and tech items
- Manage product returns according to company policies and practices
- Managing redundancy / rotations between all retail stores and head Office according to company and supplier policies
- Able to create statistics to manage all gaps per store and manage Store managers to close gaps successfully.

Manage supplier visits and training.

Finding new suppliers and products to ensure new revenue new streams created

**Working hours**:
Retail is detailed and core time for business is weekends and seasonal periods.

Monday 8am - 5pm

Saturday 8am - 1.30pm

Able to work overtime during launches and seasons.

Prepared to work weekends when needed due to promotions. Will be required to work on holidays during seasonal times.

**Package**:
Basic salary plus commission (write your own cheque +/- 10k plus opportunity commission monthly

RA and medical aid after a year of service

**Salary**: R12,500.00 - R17,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Durban, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
