Product Owner

As a **Product Owner**, you will lead cross functional teams and be accountable for the full life cycle of your products. In addition to looking after the team, you will be responsible for managing the product roadmap and aligning the delivery schedule to the strategic requirements of the business.
This is a great challenge for someone who is excited about software development, passionate about growing people, and enjoys executing a strategic vision.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage the entire product life cycle.
- Be the direct manager for the members of the development team.
- Contribute to product vision by understanding the business goals, customer needs and current state of the product.
- Define the business case and product requirements for new features.
- Work closely with the product team, dependent teams and other stakeholders.
- Preparing and organizing the necessary product documentation.
- Monitor the quality and execution of tasks.
- At least 4 years work experience as a Product Owner or similar role in Team Leadership and Product management.
- Familiarity with agile software development.
- Hands-on experience managing all stages of the product life cycle.
- Technical background with knowledge of software development and web technologies.
- Good collaborative skills and excellent communication skills.
- Good organizational and problem solving skills.
- Strategic mindset with good understanding of commercials and business best practices.
