- Manage user access and permissions, ensuring compliance with security policies.- Database Maintenance:
- Conduct routine database maintenance tasks, including updates, patches, and system upgrades.
- Monitor and manage disk space usage to prevent capacity issues.- Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution:
- Diagnose and resolve database-related issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the IT support team to address user-reported problems.- Documentation:
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for database configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
- Keep documentation up-to-date with changes and improvements.**Inherent Requirements**
- Qualifications:
- SQL Certificate
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a SQL Database Administrator.
- SQL Certificate is required.
- Strong proficiency in SQL Server database management and administration.
- Experience with database performance tuning and optimization.
- Solid understanding of database security best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
