**Join Our Team at Starbucks South Africa as a District Manager**
Are you passionate about coffee, numbers, and growth? We're looking for a **District Manager** with a strong finance background to oversee a dynamic store network of 10 - 15 stores
**What You’ll Do**:
- **Drive Store Performance**: Analyse financial data to identify opportunities, optimise sales, and improve profitability across the store network.
- **Operational Planning**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategies that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
- **Financial Management**: Monitor budgets, forecasts, and P&L statements to ensure each store meets financial targets. Develop plans to improve the financial performance of stores.
- **Leadership & Development**: Support and mentor store managers, helping them achieve their business goals and grow within the Starbucks family.
**What We’re Looking For**:
- **Experience**: 3+ years of multi-unit management experience in the hospitality, retail or food and beverage industry.
- **Management**: 5+ years of store management experience and/or 2+ years of cluster/area or regional management experience, responsible for running multiple stores, coffee shops, restaurants and retail stores.
- **Finance Expertise**: A strong background in finance with experience in retail or hospitality is a plus.
- **Analytical Mindset**: Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make strategic decisions.
- **Leadership Skills**: Experience in leading teams and driving performance.
- **Passion for Starbucks**: Enthusiasm for our brand and commitment to delivering the Starbucks Experience to every customer.
