**ROLE OVERVIEW**

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

**_ AI Video Generation Leadership_**

Lead AI video generation across all studio projects, from concept to final delivery
- Develop and execute sophisticated prompting strategies for platforms including Veo 3, Runway, and emerging AI video tools
- Manage AI-driven content production whilst maintaining quality standards
- Create scalable workflows for AI video generation that integrate seamlessly with existing production pipelines

**_Content Strategy & Production_**
- Handle diverse content requirements from social media assets to commercial productions
- Collaborate with creative teams to translate traditional video briefs into AI-optimised production approaches
- Develop content repurposing strategies that maximise output efficiency across multiple platforms and formats

Maintain quality consistency across varying project scales and complexity levels

**_ Technical Excellence & Innovation_**

Stay current with rapidly evolving AI video generation technologies and platforms
- Establish technical standards and best practices for AI video production
- Troubleshoot technical challenges and optimise generation workflows
- Collaborate with post-production teams to enhance AI-generated content where required

**_Client & Team Collaboration_**
- Work closely with account management to understand client requirements and translate them into AI video solutions
- Educate internal teams on AI video capabilities and limitations
- Present AI video concepts and outputs to clients with clear, conversational explanations
- Support business development activities by demonstrating AI video capabilities to prospective clients

**ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS**

**_ Technical Expertise_**

**3+ years of experience** in AI video generation and prompting across multiple platforms
- **Advanced proficiency** in Veo 3, Runway, and other leading AI video generation tools
- **Deep understanding** of prompt engineering principles and optimisation techniques
- **Solid grasp** of video production fundamentals including composition, lighting, and storytelling

**AI Ethics & Responsible Use**
- Awareness of ethical considerations in AI-generated content, including copyright and responsible use.
- Commitment to aligning AI practices with global standards for ethical content creation.
