**ROLE OVERVIEW**

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESAI Video Generation Leadership
- Lead AI video generation across studio projects from concept to delivery
- Develop and execute sophisticated prompting strategies for platforms including Veo 3, Runway, and emerging AI video tools
- Manage AI-driven content production while establishing quality standards and best practices
- Create scalable workflows for AI video generation that integrate with existing production pipelines

Content Production & Strategy
- Handle diverse content requirements from social media assets to commercial productions
- Collaborate with creative teams to translate traditional video briefs into AI-optimised approaches
- Develop content repurposing strategies across multiple platforms and formats
- Maintain quality consistency across varying project scales and complexity levels
- Technical Excellence & Innovation
- Stay current with rapidly evolving AI video generation technologies and platforms
- Establish technical standards and best practices for AI video production
- Troubleshoot technical challenges and optimize generation workflows
- Collaborate with post-production teams to enhance AI-generated content where required

Client & Team Collaboration
- Work closely with account management to understand client requirements and translate them into AI video solutions
- Educate internal teams on AI video capabilities and limitations
- Present AI video concepts and outputs to clients with clear, conversational explanations
- Support business development activities by demonstrating AI video capabilities to prospective clients

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTSTechnical Foundation
- 1-2 years of experience with AI video generation tools (professional or personal projects)
- Basic proficiency in AI video generation platforms (Veo, Runway, or similar tools)
- Understanding of fundamental prompt engineering principles
- Basic knowledge of video production concepts including composition and storytelling

Creative & Communication Skills
- Strong creative potential with eagerness to learn and develop video content skills
- Good communication skills with ability to learn complex concepts quickly
- Collaborative approach with enthusiasm for working in creative teams
- Portfolio demonstrating experimentation with AI-generated video content (can include personal projects
