We have worked with global corporations such as Unilever and NESTLÉ to produce the most engaging, shareable content for some of the world’s largest brands, and have built and own the largest food and recipe social media platform in Africa, Foodies of SA.

**About the Team**
In the Production Department and across the business, we have a healthy respect for data. This department is responsible for making our data-driven ideas come to life in beautiful moving pictures. Our production team continuously builds amazing relationships with our shoot teams in SA and builds new relationships with global teams as we expand. This team is continuously looking for ways to improve our video product and processes wherever possible.

Your role will fit within the Production team, reporting to Julie Brown.

We’re looking for someone who inspires others with their thirst to raise the bar and demonstrates consistently high-quality work so the whole company can completely rely on them.

**Top 5 Responsibilities**

**Production team management**
- Ensure your team is delivering excellent work, on time and supporting the business in delivery of an epic video product.
- Resource and capacity management - ensuring our external shoot teams are managed well with the ebbs and flows of work volume.
**Budget tracking**
- Monitor, track and report costs and production numbers.
**Sourcing and relationship building**
- Relationship building with existing teams and building new relationships with teams in SA and in global markets..
- Identifying and testing new shoot teams in local and new markets to ensure the highest standards of work.
**Systems and processes**
- Systems building to ensure our productions are running as efficiently and effectively as possible.
**Quality assurance**
- Close monitoring of shoot quality from different teams to ensure consistently high quality and uniformity from different teams.
**What does success look like?**
Productions are running efficiently. We are meeting all deadlines and our shoot teams are set up well to manage the workload as it ebbs and flows. Costs and production numbers are being monitored and reported on weekly. The internal team feels safe with you juggling productions and our shoot teams are happy and thriving working with EVG.

- Previous experience in video production is essential.

- Completed Tertiary Education or have ±5-8 years of work experience
- Computer literacy: Google Suite, MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint
- Exceptionally strong organisational skills
- Obsessive attention to detail is key
- Previous roles in video production and or project management in media, marketing, advertising or social media would be beneficial.
