Company Profile:
Position Summary:
As a screen printer, you will be responsible for creating the printing design pattern, mixing the correct ink colors, loading the screen onto the printer, producing the final printed articles, and cleaning the machine after each batch. You may also be required to dry and fold the final printed articles before they are packaged and sent to the customer.

Our ideal team member must be comfortable with:

- working in a light industrial warehouse environment on and around technical/mechanical equipment and machinery
- completing tasks from start to finish within expected time frames for jobs ranging from low to high volume
- the goal to become proficient in the cycle of job set-up, troubleshooting, steadily outputting quality prints regardless of job size, and breaking down of a job
- learning and implementing effective troubleshooting for the best possible outcomes
- communicating, exercising good judgment, and working independently and as part of a team.
- have a positive attitude and be eager to learn and strive
- be able to stand, lift a minimum of 35 pounds, bend, and reach
- be comfortable with working with their hands to perform gross and fine motor tasks
- possess strong visual and color acuity and attention to detail to discern between varying qualities of prints
- and be looking for a fast-paced work environment.

Salary is negotionable.

**Salary**: R7,000.00 - R9,000.00 per month

- Cape Town, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
