Duties/Pligte
- Responsible for gathering, understanding, interpreting, and consolidating user requirements.
- Responsible for ensuring continuous business improvement.
- Working with consultants, developers, and technical support personnel to implement and support programs and interfaces.
- Reviewing and debugging existing configurations and reporting findings as necessary.
- Creating reports on the Oracle reporting platform based on client specifications.
- Implementing new modules / functions through proper project management and change management methodologies.
- Testing new Oracle modules / functionality.
Job Requirements/Pos Vereistes
- NQF level 7 qualification in a relevant study field with six years' relevant experience, OR at least ten years' experience in a relevant field.
- The ability to write reports using SQL and to understand the latest reporting concepts.
- Knowledge of principles of Project Management and Agile project methodologies.
- The ability to express business and technical concepts, both verbally and in writing.
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Exposure to business process modelling, analytical tools, and methodologies.
- The ability to work proactively, both in a team as well as independently.
- Outstanding interpersonal relations.
- Good analytical skills.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability, with the ability to drive improvement initiatives.
