MASTER JOB PROFILE. Summary of job contents Reporting to CIC Team leader and CIC Co-ordinator, the Commercial Agent provides first point of contact for mainly incoming customer calls of customer segment (Smart and Important and all cycle phases). Focus on efficiency (transactional) services and provides answers for basic technical requests on catalogue level. Performs all required Contact Centre Inbound and Outbound Sales and marketing actions according to prescribed policies and procedures. b. Key accountability Conduct all sales-related services and consulting according to prescribed Contact Centre Inbound and Outbound procedures, thereby promoting the image of company as a highly respected and ethical company.
- Takes care of standard order and quotation processing (price and availability checking, orders, order tracking) by telephone (mainly during call).
- Handles requests (e.g. price and availability checking, order tracking) and forwards them to the responsible unit where required (e.g. technical requests to Technical Support)
- Maintaining agreed upon Contact Centre performance targets o Ready/ Busy/ ACW personal stats o Customer service level o Any other measures deemed necessary.
- Works with company standard Fax Monitor tool to rapidly and accurately handle all customer enquiry documents.
- Pro-actively identify “business opportunities” to find added value for customer and company.
- Promotion of efficient channels.
- Carries out defined customer campaigns.
