Our
**Brand Experience Team** is focused on building a brand for the future, creating communities and driving creativity. As part of our growing team, you will be responsible for strategising, building, managing, and optimising various projects across categories and in partnership with multiple brands, stakeholders and divisions.

We are looking for an experienced

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:

- Develop and execute integrated, large-scale omni-channel marketing plans and campaigns that effectively reach target audiences across multiple channels.
- Design and implement brand messaging strategy and content for multiple channels, including digital, in-store, and PR.
- Analyze customer feedback and performance data to identify opportunities to build brand awareness and increase online penetration.
- Partner with internal teams to plan and execute marketing initiatives to improve customer retention.
- Communicate Bash's vision and mission across various audiences; customers, vendors & shareholders and employees.
- Act as brand guardian for Bash, ensuring all comms are aligned to the creative guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing campaigns are optimised for maximum effectiveness.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies.
- Generate and report on customer and competitive insights to inform decision making.
- Develop relevant brand activations via store events, sponsorships, ambassadors and partnerships.
- Identify new opportunities and perception gaps to drive brand equity & awareness.

**WHO YOU ARE**:
**This job is for you if you have**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a senior marketing position.
- Proven track record of designing and executing successful large-scale marketing campaigns.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and an ability to thrive under pressure.
- Experience working with fashion & lifestyle brands is advantageous.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of analytics and reporting tools, such as Google Analytics, is preferred.

- Experience building core payments solutions working in a fast-paced environment
- Having a keen eye for detail and simplifying complexity
- Enjoy working with a cross-functional team, and have an interest in solving challenges in the fintech space
- Have history of successfully spearheading work of significant innovation and complexity, while developing and leading the strategy
- Be known for delivering high-quality work while keeping your own team productive, fun, and happy
