We are looking for a professional Operations Manager to coordinate and oversee our organization’s operations in KZN

Take the lead at the center of where it all happens at our Vodacom Shop’s, our stores are situated throughout KZN. Combine your retail knowledge and leadership skills to oversee store operations within 8 Retail Vodacom shops, manage and develop a team and ensure Vodacom’s customers experience our best-in-class services and technology.
In this role, you’ll oversee all aspects involved in the daily operation of all 8 retail stores from ensuring all Store KPI’s are achieved as well as product launches to meeting and exceeding sales objectives, you’ll ensure that customers are provided with an extraordinary experience with our products and services. And you won’t be in this alone. We offer best in class training to set you up leadership success. You’ll gain valuable experience coaching a team of retail sales consultants to ensure they meet sales and service goal.
**What is an operations manager?**
The Operations Manager role is mainly to implement the right processes and practices across the organization.

The specific duties of an operations Manager include formulating strategy, improving performance, you should be ready to mentor your team members, find ways to increase quality of customer service and implement best
**Requirements and skills**
- 4 Years Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role in the Telco Sector
- Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
- Experience budgeting and forecasting
- Familiarity with business and financial principles
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent Leadership Skills
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field
**Monthly Duties**
- Maintain constant communication with management, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the organization
- Grow the efficiency of existing organizational processes and procedures to enhance and sustain the organization’s internal capacity
- Actively pursue strategic and operational objectives
- Ensure operational marketing activities remain on time and within a defined budget
- Track staffing requirements, hiring new employees as needed
- Coaching of all Store Managers and Retail staff Weekly and formulate key strategies to implement within their environment
- Ensure that all Group KPI’s are achieved
- Track market trends and implement key business strategies to stay in line with the market
- Management of Group stock and forecasting
- Monthly competitor analysis to ensure we are able to compete.
- Outline company’s expectations to the employees
- Enforcing company policies and procedures
- Ensure each store is fully staffed at all times
- Forecasting of sales figures and strategies of implementation at each location
**Package**

Basic - R20000 + Incentives

**Salary**: From R20,000.00 per month
