The following position will be available from January 2026:
**Sports Administrator**

**Minimum Requirements**:

- 2+ years’ experience in sports administration is essential.
- Specific knowledge and experience of water polo and/or hockey would be particularly advantageous.
- Experience in a school environment would be an advantage.
- Current Drivers licence and Professional Drivers Permit (PDP) would be advantageous.
- Highly organized and efficient - anticipating the needs of the pupils and staff and preventing issues before they arise.
- Pro-active and positive personality.
- Enjoy working with teenagers.
- Good communication skills, including inter-personal telephone skill
- Willing to play a full part in the life of a busy school, including as a co-tutor within the Vertical Tutor System if desired

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
This position includes, but is not limited to, the following duties:

- Assist the Director of Sport in the administration of the Sports Department at this 131-year-old public school
- Administer and co-ordinate the assigned Sport Codes, ensuring that they are effectively managed, coached and umpired/refereed:

- Teach GET Physical Education classes as required.
- Organise and assist with incoming and out-going sports tours
- Assist with school hosted Tournaments, Inter-house and Alumnae events
