**Job Purpose and Description**

Millionaires Gaming Sports Betting is seeking an enthusiastic sports trader. If you have a personal passion for sports/horseracing and the player experience then this role is perfect for you A wide and varied role, you will oversee a team of call center agents and will be the 1st point of contact with the players and will strive to provide an excellent level of service for any query that may arise.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**
- To improve efficiency of the call center department and help resolve betting queries by providing administrative support, sports betting knowledge and executing instructions from the Sportsbook Manager.
- Understanding and adherence to the WCGRB and FICA rules.
- Understand sports risk policies in order to alert Sportsbook Manager should there be too much exposure on a market.
- Logging queries with the feed provider, in the case an event is not covered or resulted.
- Ability to setup and trade ad hoc sport events.

**Requirements**:

- Matric - Grade 12 Certificate essential
- 3 years plus experience of online sports betting and the dynamics surrounding it.
- Strong leadership skills with a hands on approach and the ability to show initiative at all times.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English
- You will be required to work weekend shifts as needed.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cape Town, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
