Personal Assistant to Director for work and personal matters Maintain Director Appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel when requested Answering of phones and directing accordingly Screening calls Maintaining office systems, organizing and maintaining files standards Receive visitors politely and direct them to relevant parties Follow up on defaulting debtors Insurance claims Filing and general assistance for office Ad hoc duties as required
