Lease Administrator

Purpose: Administration of landlord leases, effectively acting as a payment call center and ensuring timely payment of landlords.
Key Roles & Responsibilities: Manage vendor queries: liaise with the landlords, prepare landlord payment reconciliations, obtain remittance advice from Shared service center (“SSC”) and provide proof of payment from the bank Ensure that relevant Property related documentation is processed in a timely manner Submit landlord payment file to the SSC in time for payments Capture the details of new leases in the appropriate systems Ensure that site leases are updated and maintained. Checking, processing, and general administration of existing and new site leases and addendums Note changes related to change of ownership landlord vendor details and liaise with SSC master data to ensure that these are captured accurately Electricity invoices - ensure that the electricity invoices are handed over to the Electricity management company To ensure landlord related accruals are prepared at month end.

Qualifications & Experience Required:
- BCom degree in Accounting or diploma in bookkeeping
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in accounting department as bookkeeper, lease administrator, debtors’ or creditors’ clerk
- MS Excel experience
**Salary**: R10,000.00 - R20,000.00 per month
