- Collection and verification of all timesheets, leave forms, sick notes etc. from all branches
- Manually calculating salaries according to hours worked per employee
- Capturing all types of leave for employees
- Collaborating with the human resources department to maintain employee data
- Resolving issues employees have with timesheets, payslips and other payroll matters
- Changing employee bank records when necessary to process payments accurately

- Assisting with Internal and Group reporting
- Maintaining information on BEE123

- Assist with annual internal, skills development and BEE Audits
- Assist with statutory compliance & reporting, i.e., SARS EMP201 monthly
- Adhoc duties as & when required**Inherent Requirements**

**REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS**:

- At least 2 years VIP Premier experience (non negotiable)
- Matric
- Diploma/Certificate in HR advantageous
- Knowledge of BCEA and latest developments in the field
- Understanding of payroll processes
- Full knowledge of the VIP Premier Payroll System
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Be able to work under pressure & with minimum supervision
- Organised
- Trustworthy and Honest
