Contracts Administrator

**Job Purpose**
- Perform Administration functions on contractual agreements that minimize commercial and legal risk and ensure contractually agreed benefits are delivered to internal customers.
**Responsibilities**:
- Providing services to all operations and business units, through a centralized contract management system
- Facilitate appropriate interaction and assist in dealing with contract related queries
- Ensure the development of stakeholder relations
- Manage training to internal stakeholders on contract creation, maintenance and contract compliance
- Provide appropriate reporting to management to maintain contract management excellence and mitigate risk
- Provide input into purchasing strategies that can leverage off contract
- Creation of documentation for training, testing, processes, planning, reporting, minutes, presentations etc.
- Testing & troubleshooting of contract related issues until resolution
- Co-ordination and attendance of meetings
- Create, manage, maintain and report on contract compliance
- Execute end to end contract signing via Ariba & DocuSign
- Essential Qualifications - NQF Level- Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate
- Essential Certifications- Minimum Experience Level- Role specific
- Administration
- Technical Competencies- Knowledge of procurement, types of contracts and when a contract would be required
- Knowledge of contract life cycle management
- Knowledge of contract risk, identifying processes and mitigation
- Knowledge of policies
- Deploy all modules within the contract compliance module, invoice against contract, BPO, subscriptions etc.
