We are looking to hire an office sales consultant and administrator to join a fast-paced, fast-growing corporate gifting/branding company servicing our client's needs. The position is for a junior with great growth potential and long-term opportunities.
The role will involve working closely with our clientele, suppliers and internal staff ensuring a smooth transition from request to the finished and delivered product.
**The role includes, but is not limited to**:
Management of clients' needs
Sourcing and procurement
Quoting clients
Relationship building
Processing oorders
Quality control of completed goods
General admin
**Requirements**:
High school diploma
Tertiary education is positive but a proven track record and ability is key
Proficient in MS Office,
An understanding of Ordermation is a bonus but not essential
Strong communication skills
Goal driven and the ability to work under pressure
Assertive and confident
Excellent organisational and multitasking ability
Experience in the corporate gifting/branding environment is a plus
An ability to think outside the box and problem-solve is essential
