**What we are looking for**

A professional attitude and disposition and passionate about the people who drive the cars we sell. Your organisation and attention to detail skills in a high throughput role are unparalleled. You want to grow personally and a desire for “zero error” is a necessity. You want to understand the real market dynamics of the used car industry and want to fine tune and hone your skills where excellence is expected daily whilst being an understudy to the F&I Manager. You want to make a difference.

You will need excellent communication skills, a professional demeanour and the ability to work with customers and provide a high quality of service whilst maintaining a professional stance at all times. You need to enjoy working in a fast, high-pressured environment and must be able to multitask in a professional and calm manner. If you do not handle stress well this role is not for you. **General Expectations**
- Provide an 11- star customer service experience realised through 5-star online reviews
- Continuously assess and challenge the systems and processes to improve these
- Follow processes
- Clearly communicate with your customers to educate and guide throughout the selling/finance process

**Required Duties**
- Upload supporting documents for validations & payouts
- Submit payouts timeously to the various financial institutions and follow up
- Filing of concluded deal files electronically and manually
- Invoice all transactions, DIC, second gross products and goods on internal Dealer Accounting system
- Ensure final check and dealer internal delivery requirements have been adhered to
- Preparing client proposals on approvals
- Ensure all conditions and requirements from either bank or insurance company has been fulfilled
- Establish and maintain good professional and effective relationships with banks, insurance and other providers;
- Assist in ensuring statutory compliance and that the dealership complies with all requirements as set out by the NCA, FAIS and FICA acts, record keeping & audit requirements
- This role requires you to champion VAPS products within the department - this entails understanding, continued training of staff and ensuring the team proactively sells VAPS to customers that need them.

**Minimum requirements**
- 1 Years’ prior experience in similar role
- Senior Certificate (Grade 12)
- Computer literacy
- National Credit Act (NCA) Qualification
- Knowledge of the requirements of (FICA) - Financial Intelligence Centre Act.
- Knowledge of the (FAIS) - Financial Advisory and Intermediate Service Act - FAIS NQF 4 (140 Credits
