Learn more about our people brand by watching our culture videos: **Job Opportunity at 1Nebula**: The purpose of this position is to provide onsite operational and finance management support. **What You will do within this role (Your key responsibilities)**: **Baseline Management** - Keep an accurate account of all Sim's, handsets and respective user lists. - Keep an accurate account of all Network Infrastructure and Site or branch list. **Financial Management** - Budgets - Invoice management - Cost centre management - Invoice approval process - Asset management - Purchase order process **Capacity and Compliance Management** - Determine and Implement Standards - Configuration Reviews - Capacity Reviews **Continuous Service Improvement (CSI)** - Service Delivery Management **Management Information and Reporting** - Steercom report - Operational report - SLA Report - Telecom Exception Reports - Mobile management system reports **OneView Telecommunications Lifecycle Management** - Local support to OneView users - Mobile handset support - Upload data for SAP integration **More about You (Our requirements for the role)**: - Grade 12 - Degree or Diploma in accounting or financial management will be advantageous. - Proficient with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word and PowerPoint). - Excellent communication etiquette and skills **Knowledge**: - Data Administration - Account Management - Data Integrity & Archiving - Basic SAP **Our Amazing Perks** - Enjoy 20 Leave days a year plus a “mulligan day” each quarter after meeting all your deliverables.
