**Job Title**: Retail Sales Representative

**Location**: Tokai (Western Cape; Cape Town)

**Job Type**: Full-time (**Urgently Hiring**)

Preferred start date of **15 October 2025** and no later than **22 October 2025**.

We are a **specialist retail store** offering **premium vaping and tobacco products**. Our mission is to provide an **exceptional in-store experience** through expert advice, high-quality products, and a welcoming environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
- Assist customers with product selections based on their preferences and needs
- Provide product knowledge and guidance on vaping and tobacco products and accessories
- Confidently upsell products and close sales
- Handle sales transactions, operate the till, and process payments accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of the store and presentation of shelves and displays
- Assist with stock counts and administrative work (e.g., filling invoices, loading stock on system)
- Stay updated on new products and promotions

**Requirements**:

- Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent qualification
- Previous retail sales experience **is a must**:

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
- Knowledge of vaping or tobacco products (advantage)
- Experience with stock management and POS systems (advantage)
- Basic computer skills
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and public holidays **(Not negotiable)**

Pay: Up to R6 000,00 per month
